BMM2022 team is committed and passionately working towards the goal to create experiences that will last a lifetime. While you have blessed us with the opportunity to host the first post covid convention, we now seek your unwavering and generous support – financially.

The earlier your commitment to attending the convention the better it will be for us to create those meaningful experiences

Here is how you can Register

  • Select your desired donation package for the convention below and click continue.

  • You will be provided a choice to pay online using a credit card (convenience charges extra).

  • You may choose to select the "Pay Later" tab on the next screen to pledge the package and pay offline without any extra charges by sending a check via mail, electronic transfer or via Required Minimum Distributions as a Qualified Charitable Donation.

  • Your package and seats will be held and confirmed after receipt of payment.

  • Detailed instructions will be provided in the email after you complete the pledge process.

BMM2022 Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  • Donations made to BMM2022 are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Regular Convention tickets are refundable as below –

    -- 80% of ticket amount will be refunded if the refund is requested within 60 days of purchase date or before June 30, 2022, whichever is earlier
    -- 60% of ticket amount will be refunded if the refund is requested after 60 days of purchase date but before June 30, 2022
    -- No refund will be provided for any cancellation after June 30, 2022

  • Ticket refunds will be processed upon receiving an email request with justification, to refund the tickets, before the above date. The email should be sent to [email protected]

  • BMM2022 reserves the right to change these rules as required
