  • Open to all NJ residents 18 and above.

  • The recipe should be Original, simple to make and easy to scale up for 5000 attendees.

  • One entry per participant.

  • The recipe must be prepared at home and brought to Marathi Vishwa Community Center (143 State Route 35, Laurence Harbor, NJ 08879) for the competition on November 20th, 2021.

  • Maharashtrian cuisine/style only.

  • The contestants must share their recipe with BMM. (Ingredients and process with proper proportions/specifications).

  • The recipes will become a property of BMM after submission.

  • Food safety is extremely important. Competitors must use high quality ingredients and maintain the highest standard of hygiene when preparing dishes.

  • The Dish should represent the category it is entered in.

  • The judge's decision will be final.
