ONE-TIME ENTRY FEE WILL BE $75.00 FOR EACH GROUP

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • All General Rules and Guidelines apply

  • Each Participating Group will receive a separate email from Happydemic with details on file uploads and next steps.

AUDIO/VIDEO GUIDELINES

  • Time Limit for the video must be:
    ● 4-6 minutes for all categories and age groups.

  • Video length should not exceed the time limit

  • The file size must not exceed 1 GB

  • The video should be recorded using a good smartphone/DSLR camera/Handycam in landscape format or holding your smartphone horizontally.

  • The recording quality should be 720p. Higher quality is better but make sure you do not exceed the file size limit specified above.

  • Sound quality should be clear and audible, without any background noise. You may use a good quality external microphone for audio if you have one.

  • Please pay attention to the camera angle, sit/stand/dance against the light so that face is clearly visible. Preferably in a clean background. Ensure the video is shot from a height making the entire stage and all dancers and their expressions clearly visible.

  • Before submitting, please make sure your audio track is clearly audible and loud enough in the recording.

  • Most importantly, the video MUST NOT be edited, audio/video enhanced/overlayed. It should be a single and continuous recording with no cuts, transitions, etc.

  • Video with any other advertisement, logo/banners will not be accepted.

  • Audio mixes and/or music medleys for your dance performance are encouraged..

  • Kindly submit one video per participating group only. Multiple uploads are not allowed. The first upload will be considered for the evaluation by the jury.

  • Just Audio files will not be considered as a valid entry. Video of your song is a MUST.

  • You Tube videos or any link of the videos are not allowed.

  • Submit the correct video before the Deadline to ensure participation.

  • The video should be submitted in an acceptable file format (MP4 and MOV).

  • Upon submitting the video, email your mix (audio file) to NrutyaRang@bmm2022.org and mention your unique submission ID in the email subject.

  • The same group of participants listed on the registration must be in all performances. Organizers must be notified by email mentioned above for any injuries or family/medical emergencies that may result in a participant dropping out or being switched.
